Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Follow God purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Stickers (due to the nature of the product)
• Items purchased during final sale promotions

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@followgod.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
